不同基质配比对辣椒穴盘育苗效果的影响

Effects of Different Proportion of Substrate on the Quality of Capsicum annuum L. Plug Seedling

以"世纪红"辣椒为试材,用草炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石(3∶1∶1)为对照,对以玉米秸秆为主要成分的5种混配基质的基本理化性状进行测定,研究其在辣椒穴盘育苗上的应用效果。结果表明:T2(玉米秸秆∶蛭石=2∶1)和T5(玉米秸秆∶珍珠岩=2∶1)处理培育的辣椒幼苗株高、主根长、根/茎相对生长速率、叶片数、干鲜重、壮苗指数、G值等指标明显优于其它处理的幼苗,但T2处理的容重、总孔隙度及培育幼苗的干物质含量、根冠比等均优于T5,因此T2处理的育苗效果最好。

Taking Capsicum annuum L.cultivar＇Shijihong＇as test material,a mixture of triple peat contained one time pearlite and vermiculite as control.The basic physical and chemical properties of mixed substrates with corn straw as the major component were determined,the effects in pimiento plug seedling were investigated.The results showed that the growth indices of plant under treatments T2（corn straw∶vermiculite=2∶1）and T5（corn straw∶pearlite=2∶1）,including seeding shoot height,main root length,relative growth rate,leave number,dry and fresh weight,seedling index and G value,were significantly higher than those of other treatments.However,the volume density,total porosity,seedling dry matter content and ratio-shoot ratio of treatment T2were better than T5.In short,the result of treatment T2（corn straw∶vermiculite=2∶1）was the best in all the treatments.
