摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定测定鸡头黄精及其愈伤组织中总皂苷的含量。结果表明:鸡头黄精的根茎、鸡头黄精的愈伤组织及其组培苗的叶片中的总皂苷含量分别是1.57%、0.91%和0.84%。
The content of total saponins in the rhizome of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.and its callus was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The results showed that the content of total saponins in the roots and stems of Polygonatum sibiricum Red was 1.57%,the callus of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.was 0.91%,and the leaves of plantlet of tissue culture was 0.84%.
