QJ型潜水电泵轴承偏磨故障诊断研究

摘要 潜水电泵是用量大、应用面广的通用泵。在地下几十米或者数百米工作,工作环境恶劣,极易发生故障。轴承偏磨是潜水电泵的一种常见故障。通过采集QJ型潜水电泵泵口的振动信号,对振动数据进行小波去噪处理,并利用时域波形、功率谱和小波分解方法,对振动数据处理分析和对比,提取了轴承偏磨故障的典型特征频率,并以此作为故障诊断的依据。现场结果表明,可有效地诊断轴承偏磨的故障。 Submersible pump is a general pump with large usage and wide application.It works in a few meters or several hundred meters underground,the working condition of which is bad.It is easily to have fault,and a common fault is bearing eccentric wear.By gathering the well-head vibration signals of QJ Type Submersible Pump test wells,the vibration data were de-noised by wavelet.And then the data was analyzed and compared by using time-domain waveform,power spectrum,and wavelet decomposition method.At last,the Characteristic Frequency of bearing eccentric wear fault was extracted which can act as the base of fault diagnosis.Application results show that the method can effectively diagnose the fault of bearing eccentric wear.
