摘要
介绍了利用陶瓷谐振器(CR)来提高振荡器频率稳定度的方法,并利用专用微波电路设计软件(AWR)对该方法进行了分析,同时还对压控支路进行了温度补偿设计。根据分析结果制作的C波段高稳定陶瓷振荡器取得了令人满意的指标:在全温范围测试结果为温漂≤50 ppm/℃,带内线性≤1.1,频率稳定度≤±15 MHz,相噪≤-108 dBc/Hz/10 kHz,分析结果较好地反映了实际结果。谐振电路中引入陶瓷谐振器(CR)能实现较高的频率稳定度及较低的相位噪声,有重要的实践指导意义。
Introduced the method with using ceramics resonator to improve the oscillator's frequency stability,and using the special microwave circuits design software(AWR) to analyze this method;moreover,we made temperature compensated design in voltage-controlled branch.Based on the analysis,we fabricated a C band highly stabilized CRO.It reached a satisfied goals: frequency temperature drift less than 50ppm/℃,linearity less than 1.1,frequency stability less than ±15MHz,phase noise less than-108dBc /Hz/10KHz in the temperature range from-55℃ to + 85℃.Contrast the computer prediction and testing result,we find they are very close to each other.The method using CR in resonant circuit can realize high frequency stability and low phase noise.It will do good to practise.
