摘要
由于材料、加工工艺以及传感器的工作原理等因素,使得传感器普遍存在着非线性及温度漂移等问题。为提高传感器的测量精度,设计了一种基于PGA309的信号调理电路,在分析电路各功能模块的基础上,详细介绍了外围电路的设计方案,根据传感器的理论数学模型,对软件补偿算法进行了详细分析,给出了算法流程,通过软硬件的结合实现了传感器误差的智能补偿。
As to the materials,processing technology,working principle and other factors,sensor has problems of non-linear and temperature drift etc.A signal conditioning circuit based on PGA309 is designedin order to improve the measurement accuracy.Based on analyzing the circuit of each functional module,introduced the details of external circuit design.According to the theoretical mathematical model of the sensor,the software compensation algorithm was analyzed in detail.Given the algorithmic process,achieved compensation through the combination of hardware and software.
