摘要
本文讨论了远程教学过程中教师隐性知识转移的特点以及遇到的障碍,分析了实践社区对隐性知识转移的促进作用,在归纳远程教育中实践社区特点的基础上,从制度、理念、操作、技术等各个层面提出建设教师实践社区策略,旨在解决远程教学中教师知识转移的障碍。
This paper discussed the characteristics of the teacher's transfer of tacit knowledge and the obstacles encountered in the distance education,analyzed the function that the communities of practice promote tacit knowledge transfer.Based on summaring the characteristic of practice communities in distance education,this paper proposed strategies for constructing teachers' practice communities on the levels of institution,concept,operation and technology.In this way,the authors tried to solve the obstacles of teachers' knowledge transfer in the distance education.
