在许多国外企业的标准中,"turn on speed"是汽车交流发电机的一项重要技术指标,但目前在我国标准中没有这项指标。笔者对这项技术指标的含义、翻译及测试方法阐述自己的看法。

The ＂turn on speed＂ is an important technical index for automotive alternator in the standards of many foreign enterprises, but it is not in our domestic standards at present. The author expounds the viewpoints on its meaning, translation and test methods.
