摘要
圆振动筛的设计是否合理直接影响其筛分效率,按照常规设计已远远不能满足要求,需要进行优化设计。介绍了粒子群优化算法的基本原理、算法实现步骤。通过对圆振动筛进行动力学分析,以单位生产量功率消耗最小为目标函数,建立优化数学模型,编制粒子群算法的MATLAB程序进行优化,得到了比常规设计更为优越的结果。粒子群优化算法较好地完成了优化任务,为振动机械的结构设计提供了新的思路和方法。
The rationality of design of circle vibrating screen affects its screening efficiency directly. It far cannot meet the requirements according to the conventional design, and needs to optimal design. The basic principle and algorithm process of PSO are introduced. Through dynamic analysis of circular vibrating screen, denoting the objective function by minimum power consuming of unit production, establishes its optimization mathematical model, optimize by PS0, and gets more superior result. The optimization algorithm PSO has finished the optimization task well, and provides new ideas and methods for the structural design of vibration machines.
