摘要
以MG300/710-WD为例,用APDL对采煤机支撑腿建模,分析最大载荷时支撑腿所受应力和位移。利用ANSYS优化模块对支撑腿进行结构优化,优化后效果明显,为支撑腿的设计改进提供了一种很好的方法。
Stress and displacement when shearer supporting-board which based on to MG300H10-WD bearing maximum load and the model is set up by APDL. Using ANSYS to as a structure optimized way for supporting-board and the results is better than before. The text provided an excellent method for optimization of the supporting-board.
