摘要
利用ANSYS软件对桥式起重机卷筒的强度进行了分析,得到了卷筒的应力和位移的分布规律,找出了卷筒的薄弱环节。并在有限元分析的基础上,对卷筒的壁厚进行了优化。
Has used the ANSYS software to analyze the coiling block＇s strength of bridge crane, then obtains the stress and displacement distribution rule of the drum, find out the weak links. And it also accomplish the wall thickness of drum optimized on the basis of finite element analysis.
