基于蚁群算法活塞压缩机盘形活塞的优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对盘形活塞的结构特点,以盘形活塞的重量最小为优化目标,同时确定影响活塞重量的设计变量,以盘形活塞的弯曲应力、切应力以及挤压应力为约束函数。优化算法采用了蚁群算法,可以求解出目标函数的全局最优解,经过计算验证该方法具有精度高、容易实现等优点。 The weight of it was used as object function according to its characters, and the designing variable affecting the performance of it was confirmed at the same time, and the bending stress, the shear stress and the compressing stress of the disk piston was used as constraint function. The ant colony algorithm was used as optimal algorithm, and the global optimal solution was solved, and the simulation results verified the characters of high precious and realizing easily.
