摘要
采用三维建模技术建立隔膜泵曲柄滑块机构数字化模型,结合虚拟样机技术对隔膜泵曲柄滑块机构进行仿真,对连杆和十字头部分的负荷进行计算机模拟,从而为隔膜泵十字头的设计打下基础。
Virtual prototyping and three-dimensional modeling technology were applied to design slider-crank mechanism in diaphragm pump. The virtual prototyping was established by Pro/Engineer and ADAMS view. Force situation of crosshead and connecting rod were analyzed trough computer simulation, the simulation results will provide basic to further designing.
