摘要
基于铰接式全液压驱动车辆(变量液压泵-液压马达组成闭式驱动系统),介绍了一种转向差速机构,通过在铰接处增加转向凸轮机构,实现车辆顺利转向,通过分析车辆转向角与柱塞位移量之间的关系,计算转向凸轮形状,并通过三维软件绘制出凸轮,指导实际生产。
Based on articulated full hydraulic-driving vehicles (variable pump - hydraulic motor drive system), composed close-type article introduces a kind of steering differential mechanism, through increased hinged place in CAM, realize to smooth steering, through analysis of vehicle and plunger vehicle steering angle, the relationship between displacement calculated to shape and through 3d CAM software mapped CAM, guiding practical production.
