摘要
深沟球轴承作为常用的标准件,采用Pro/E的Pro/program功能建立深沟球轴承的参数化组件,提高了设计效率。并通过Pro/E与ANSYS Workbench的无缝连接,在ANSYS Workbench中对其进行有限元接触分析,分析得到其接触面上的应力分布及位移变化,为深沟球轴承的设计优化提供了依据。
Deep groove ball bearing as common standard components,through Pro/program function in Pro/E, establish deep groove ball bearing parametric components, it improve the design efficiency. And through the Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench seamless connection, finish finite element contact analysis in ANSYS Workbench, analyzes get its contact surface of the stress distribution and displacement change, which have provided a guide for the design and optimization of deep groove ball bearing.
