摘要
通过简化模型的有限元模拟,分析储煤仓筒卸料时对定量仓的冲击性能。运用计算机仿真,分析单个煤粒对钢板的冲击力并绘制冲击力随时间变化的曲线和冲击点的加速度变化曲线,在不同尺寸和冲击速度下进行冲击过程模拟,研究在不同情况下受冲击节点的应力变化情况。
Simplify the model of coal particle ,through finite element simulation to analyze properties of quantitative positions when the coal storage silo is discharging. To analyze the impact single coal particles impact on the steel plate and draw the impact and acceleration of impact node versus time curve using computer simulation. It is simulated the impact of the process in different sizes and speeds. and the stress changes are studied with different conditions.
