摘要
利用SIEMENS 840D数控系统R参数程序的灵活性和通用性的特点,编写了铣削采煤机牵引壳体矩形接合平面的R参数程序,经过实际使用,效果良好,不仅解决了相似零件重复编程效率低的问题,而且也提高了壳体的生产加工效率。
Based on some features of SIEMENS 840D numerical control system, such as flexibility and generality, write R parameter program which is used for milling rectangular composition plane of shearer＇s haulage housing. Obtaining a good result, after a period of practical use. By this program, not only improve the efficiency of reprogramming on similar parts ,but enhance housing production and machining efficiency.
