摘要
液压支架部分结构件焊接作业时,由于焊缝布置问题,若单纯选择合理焊接参数和焊前预热、焊后热处理,无法达到预期效果,通过自然施焊状态得出变形量,配以合理的反变形工艺措施,使结构件自由收缩,达到预期效果。
In the process of welding operations with hydraulic support parts of the structure , because of the weld layout problem, it can not achieve the desired results if simply choose the right welding parameters , welding preheat and post weld heat treatment. Obtained the deformation through natural welding state, making the structure contract freely with reasonable reversible deformation technological measure so as to achieve the desired results.
