通过对焦煤公司多个矿井主提升绞车更新改造工作的施工总结,分析了新旧绞车主要性能的异同,介绍了砼基础的处置方法,总结了施工中吊装工艺、放线、找正及制动闸盘偏摆的测量和调整方法。保证了安全和质量,缩短了工期。
Based on construction summary of main hoist of multiple mines of Jiaozuo Coal Group, analysis of performance of main similarities and differences between old and new winch, introduced concrete foundation of disposal, summarized in lifting technology of construction, actinomycetes, alignment and brake disc deflection measurement and adjustment method. Ensure safety and quality, shorten construction period.
