摘要
从设计经验出发,归纳胀销组件结构特点及其尺寸关系,并通过Ansys进行有限元分析,计算胀销组件与阶梯直轴的强度安全系数及变形量。结果表明:相同工作环境下,胀销组件具有较高的强度安全系数与较小的变形量。综合考虑胀销组件便于拆卸的特点,得出胀销组件相对传统阶梯直轴具有较高的优越性,提出采煤机上应用胀销组件的建议。
From the experience of specific design,induction the principle and the size relationships of sales expansion components,and through the finite element analysis to calculate inflation component and stepped off the strength of direct axis safety factor and deflection. The results showed:under the same working environment, expansion of marketing components with high strength safety factor and the small deformation. Con sidering the expansion of marketing components to facilitate the demolition of the characteristics of swelling obtained compared to the traditional ladder sold direct axis component of high superiority, application of proposed expansion of miner on the components of the proposed sale.
