摘要
根据GB1236-2000标准对通风机性能测试的要求,采用模块化的思想成功开发了一套局部通风机性能测试软件,并应用于生产现场。测试软件具有采集数据准确、数据处理方便和图表打印输出等功能。软件开发时采用了软件数字滤波和异常数据剔除等技术,提高了测试数据的准确性。同时利用最小二乘法曲线拟合算法,系统软件可以自动生成测试通风机的性能曲线,为技术人员评估局部通风机的性能提供了一个重要途径。
On requst of GB-1236-2000 about test of flow fan performance, the auther successfully develop a suit of testing software for flow fan in thought of modularization and has used it in industrial field. Test software has functions of accurate data collection, convenient data processing, graphics printouts and so on. Software development use software digital filtering and removing abnormal data andother technology to improve accuracy of test data. At the same time using least squares curve fitting algorithms, system software can automatically generate test fan performance curve and provides an important way for technical staff to evaluate performance of local fan.
