摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查心脏冠脉成像的征象及临床应用价值。方法:将36例临床怀疑冠心病、心电图提示心肌梗死患者行冠脉CTA检查,并重建成像、分析。结果:83条冠脉179个节段,发现不同程度狭窄、钙化、软斑块、肌桥。并发现左肺动静脉瘘1例。结论:心脏冠脉CTA是一种评价冠心病方便、快捷、准确的无创性的检查手段,可作为临床诊断及体检筛查冠心病的依据。 Objective:To discuss signs and clinical application value of Multi-slice Spiral CT(MSCT)while checking heart coronary artery imaging.Methods:The coronary arteries of 36 patients with clinical coronary disease or electrocardiographic myocardial infarction by CTA were examined,then made reconstruction and analyzed.Results:Different degrees of stenosis,calcification,soft plaque and muscular bridge were found in 179 segments,83 coronary arteries.One case of left pulmonary arteriovenous fistula was also found.Conclusion:Heart coronary artery CTA is a convenient,handy,precise and no-invasive inspection means to evaluate coronary disease,which can be regarded as the evidence of clinical diagnosis and screening coronary disease in physical examination.
