金红石型TiO_2的水热法制备及其表征

Prepration and Characterization of Rutile TiO_2 Fabricated via Hydrothermal Method

摘要 以TiCl3溶液为原料,用水解法在玻璃基板上制备了TiO2,采用SEM和XRD技术对产物进行了表征,研究了影响产物形成的因素。结果表明:生成的TiO2晶体为金红石型。生成的TiO2微米球直径为2-3μm,它由TiO2纳米棒自组装而成。生成的TiO2薄膜均匀、致密,厚1~2μm,它由TiO2纳米棒阵列而成。TiO2纳米棒为长方体结构,底面正方形边长100~200 nm,棒长1~2μm。制备TiO2的最优条件是:0.15 mol/L的TiCl3饱和氯化钠溶液、170℃、4 h和外加添加剂尿素1/10(摩尔分数)。 TiO2 were fabricated on the glass substrates via hydrothermal reaction with titanium trichloride as raw materials and were characterized by XRD and SEM,and influencing factors of products were studied.Experiment results show that the TiO2 crystals are rutile.The as-prepared microsphere's diameter is 2-3 μm which were a large scale self-assembly of TiO2 nanocrystals.The as-prepared film is 1-2 μm in thick which show even and compact and were also a large scale self-assembly of TiO2 nanocrystals.Individual TiO2 nanocrystals are shown in octahedron and have flat triangle planes 100-200nm in side and 1-2 μm in length.Optimum condition of fabricating TiO2 is 0.15 mol/L TiCl3 saturated NaCl aqueous solution,170 ℃,4h and urea / Ti3+ 1/10.
