科技情报机构参与行业和区域创新平台建设的竞争力及其问题和对策

The Competitiveness of The Institutes of Scientific and Technical Information in the Construction of Industrial And Regional Innovation Platform and Problems and Solutions Thereof

科技情报机构参与行业和区域创新平台建设已具备一定的竞争力,如科技情报机构资源建设呈现共享趋势,情报服务呈现合作化方向发展,各省级公共科技基础条件平台正在不断构建,并在实践中取得很好成效,但在平台的建设中也存在某些不足。针对这些不足,本文根据熊彼特的创新理论和科技情报机构是智力型服务机构的自身特点,提出了科技情报机构在今后服务行业和区域创新平台建设中可采取的具体对策。

the Institutes of Scientific and Technical Information have certain competitiveness in the construction of industrial and regional innovation platform,e.g.trends of resources sharing between the institutes of scientific and technical information,co-operative development of information services,and continuous building of provincial public technological platforms and achieving good results in practice.However,there are some deficiencies in the construction of the platform.To solve these deficiencies,this paper proposes specific measures that can be taken by the institutes of scientific and technical information in future industrial and regional innovation platform according to Schumpeter＇s innovation theory and their own characteristics of intellectual services.
