摘要
隐性感染是指病原体侵入人体后,仅引起机体产生特异性的免疫应答,在临床上不显出任何症状、体征,甚至生化改变,隐性感染普遍存在,属于主动免疫范畴。隐性感染的流行病学意义是通过自然过程,让机体产生免疫保护、接种疫苗后的追加免疫、遏制传染病流行等作用。
Inapparent infection mean that the pathogenes cause the special immune reaction,but no symptoms,no signs and no biochemistry variation,can be found in clinic.Inapparent infection exist everywhere,and belong to active immunity.The epidermiological significance of inapparent infection are that produce immune protection,additional immunity,and keep within limits of prevalence of the communicable diseases.
