磁共振断层血管成像对三叉神经微血管减压术疗效的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨三叉神经痛术前磁共振断层血管成像(magnetic resonance tomographil angiography,MR-TA)对三叉神经微血管减压(microvascular decompression,MVD)手术疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析近4年来收治的39例三叉神经痛患者,其中2008—2009年间16例患者单纯行MRI扫描,而2010—2011年23例患者同时使用MRI及MR-TA检查(其中2例未发现血管压迫未行手术治疗),共37例行三叉神经微血管减压术,患者术后获3个月~4年随访,平均1.5年。随访结果按治愈、显效、有效、无效进行分类。对比两组治愈率分析磁共振断层血管成像检查对手术疗效的影响。结果 16例行MRI扫描者10例治愈,5例显效,1例有效;23例使用MRI及MR-TA检查者16例治愈,5例显效。对两组的治愈率行卡方检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前行磁共振断层血管成像检查有利于提高三叉神经微血管减压手术的疗效。
