摘要 PI3K/PKB信号通路广泛存在于组织细胞中,参与细胞的生长、增殖、凋亡等重要生理活动。近年来研究发现该信号通路与重症急性胰腺炎急性肺损伤的发病过程密切相关。因此,本文就该通路在重症急性胰腺炎肺损伤发病机制中的研究现状作一综述。 PI3K/PKB signaling pathway play an important role in cell growth,proliferation,apoptosis and other physical activities,which widely exist in tissue cells.Recently,more and more studies suggested that the signaling pathway is closely related to the pathogenesis of acute lung injury in severe acute pancreatitis.In this paper,it will summarize the recent research of this signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of acute lung injury in severe acute pancreatitis.
