不同储存期血液白细胞过滤效果分析

Filter effect of erythrocyte suspension on different storage time

目的通过检测红细胞悬液过滤前后的各项实验指标的差异来评价不同储存时间对红细胞悬液的过滤效果的影响。方法取储存期为7、15、25天的红细胞悬液分别用XE-2100全自动血液分析仪检测WBC、RBC、Hb,用血气分析仪1260检测pH、K+、Na+、Cl-,用以聚酯纤维为滤芯材料的过滤器过滤后收集再测定相同成分。结果不同储存期的红细胞悬液过滤效果差异不大(P>0.05),白细胞过滤率高达99.35%。结论红细胞悬液的滤除率并没有随着保存时间的延长造成即时下降,且过滤效果符合用血标准,可安全有效用于临床。

Objective To evaluate the filter effect of erythrocyte suspension on different storage time through detecting the difference of pieces targets of erythrocyte suspension being filtrated before and after.Methods The erythrocyte suspension which were reserved for 7days、15 days and 25 days were respectively detected WBC,RBC,Hb with XE2100 automatic hematology analyzer,detected pH,K^＋、Na^＋、Cl^-with Blood gas analyzer 1260 and detected the same component with the blood after filter by the filter made with polylipoid fibre.Results There is no significant changes in the filter effects of erythrocyte suspension which in different storage time（P〉0.05）.The rate of WBC removal is 99.45%.Conclusion The rate of filtration of erythrocyte suspension without droping as the storage time prolonging.And the filterresult accord with the standard of clinic blood transfusion,so it can use safely and availably to clinic.
