复方果糖电解质注射液总氯量测定方法的改进

The improvement of assay method of total chlorine in compound fructose dielectric injection

目的改进复方果糖电解质注射液中总氯量的测定方法。方法取本品10 ml,加甲醛2 ml、2.5%硼砂溶液2 ml、2%糊精溶液5 ml、水15 ml和荧光黄指示液5滴,用硝酸银滴定液滴定至终点。结果平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.31%。结论抗氧剂对改良银量法测定总氯量无影响,该法滴定终点变化明显,结果误差小,回收率高,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To improve the assay method of total chlorine in compound fructose dielectric injection.Methods Determine the total chlorine by adding 2 ml methyl aldehyde,15ml distilled water,2 ml 2.5% sodium tetraborate,5 ml 2%dextrin solution and 5 drops resorcinol phthalein indic to 10ml sample solution.Results The average recovery is 99.2%,RSD is 0.31%.Conclusion Anti-oxidant has no effection on the determination of total chlorine.Additionally,This method with a obvious titration end point,can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
