摘要
冀东南堡油田1-29海上平台是中石油在渤海湾浅海海域自行设计、建造、安装的第一座采油平台。文中主要介绍该平台工艺设计的方法:利用HYSYS软件模拟计算原油的流动过程;分析原油的输送条件,管线尺寸计算及选取,仪表参数值设定,系统安全分析及关断,分析了注水海底管线的高压输送。设计达到了采油平台边钻井边生产的技术要求,同时也保证了2条海底管线的长期稳定运行,不会出现因产量低而停产的工况。该项目的实施对于今后在浅海海域的其他采油平台设计具有很好的借鉴意义。
No. 1 -29 production platform, seated in the Jidong Nanpu Oilfeld, was the first production platform ever designed, constructed, installed by the China National Petroleum Company in the Bohai Bay. This paper mainly presents the methods and theories of design for processing the pipeline of No. 1 - 29 production platform in this oilfield. Based on HYSYS software, it analyzes and caluculates the flow of fluid as well as the oil gathering condition. It calculates the size of gas-liquid pipeline, discusses the choice of proper materials for pipeline and determines the parameter setting of the relevant instruments. It also analyzes the oil gathering system safety and shutdown. Based on an analysis of the high operational pressure of the water injection pipeline, its design can fulfil the technical requirements of production in the process of drilling and ensure the stable and long-term operation of two subsea pipelines, thus avoiding shoutdowns caused by a low production rate. The successful design of this project provides very good reference for the China National Petroleum Company to design other processing pipelines for offshore production platforms in the Bohai Bay.
