摘要 文中研究目的是确定城市杂散电流对钢质管道的干扰及其影响,通过现场检测管道的腐蚀状况及测试杂散电流状况进行课题研究。在现场检测过程中,发现所研究的管道在不到10 m的长度上有7处穿孔1、4处严重腐蚀坑(深度大于3 mm)。针对这一特殊的事故情况,结合收集的相关资料和现场检测情况,分析了事故原因,综合分析管道的腐蚀原因及杂散电流造成的腐蚀危害,确定城市交流杂散电流对管道具有一定的腐蚀作用,但是直流电对管道的腐蚀危害更大。 The paper is intended to research how the stray currents do damage to buried steel pipeline due to pipeline corrosion and stray current strength. When a corrosion leakage accident is found on a buried steel city gas pipeline during the field inspection, a bellhole is digged to make measurements. More problems are found that there are seven leakage holes and fourteen corrosion defects on the pipe in the range of ten meters. On the basis of gathering related information and making some surveys, the cause of accidents are analyzed. And then the causes are confirmed by more inspecations. A final conclusion is drawn that urban direct stray currents can make more damage to steel pipeline than alternating stray currents. In the end, some advice for the pipeline region hearby the location of the accident is given.
