摘要
天然气脱水是天然气净化过程中必不可少的环节,选择合适的脱水技术和工艺是非常必要的。概述了目前国内外油气田普遍应用的传统天然气脱水技术,包括溶剂吸收法、固体吸附法、冷冻分离法。总结了传统天然气脱水技术的原理、应用现状及目前存在的主要问题。对比传统的天然气脱水技术,阐述了近年来新型的膜分离脱水技术和超音速脱水技术的原理、技术优势及其工业应用急需解决的问题,并预测了天然气脱水技术未来的发展趋势。
The natural gas dehydration is an essential link in the purification course of natural gas, so it is very essential to choose suitable dehydration technologies and crafts. This paper reviews the conventional dehydration technique of natural gas used in domestic and oversea oil and gas fields, and then the principle, development status and problems of every dehydration technique are summarized. In comparison with the conventional dehydration technique, the principle, advantage and exigent problems of the newly-developed separation and supersonic dehydration technique are presented, and its future development trend is predicted.
