摘要 通过310MWe核电机组常规岛闭式冷却水系统工业水-水冷却器实施变更改造的实例以及方家山核电工程设备选型的介绍,详细分析了管壳式换热器与板式换热器的结构特点,通过设备投资、运行耗能、维护管理等对比分析,讲述新型高效折流杆换热器的特征及其在核电工程应用的可行性。 The transformation of shell-and-tube heat exchangers for 310MWe units conventional island closed cooling water system and the selection of equipment of Fangjiashan nuclear power project was introduced. The structure characteristics between shell-and-tube heat exchangers and plate heat exchanger was analysed in detail. According to comparing and analysing of equipment investment, operational consumption and maintenance management, the characteristic of novel and high efficient baffler heat exchanger and the application feasibility used in nuclear power engineering was expounded.
