摘要
30年来,伴随中国高等教育改革与发展的进程,高校与政府关系历来是学界研究的热点。整个过程可分为酝酿期、兴起期、成长期和成熟期4个阶段,每个阶段都有相应的重大教育事件和标志性研究成果;研究关注的重点大致为关系的内涵及特点、关系的发展演变、关系的模式、双方的角色定位、关系的调适等方面;近期研究呈现关注度越来越高、多方参与、研究不断深化和扩展、研究重点逐渐向寻找平衡两者关系的方法和路径上倾斜等特点。研究取得多方面成果的同时也存在一些问题:抽象论证多,实证考察少;研究人员多,专题性探究少;症结评说多,解决对策少。
With the past thirty-year development and reform of Chinese higher education which falls into four stages as the initial stage,the early development stage,the quick development stage and the stage of maturity,the scholars concerned have shown much interest in the relations between the Chinese Government and Chinese universities.Each stage has its great events and research findings.The focuses are the features and connotations of such relations,the development history,and the roles with an orientation towards interdisciplinary approaches.The problems include the following: more Abstract studies than case studies;more researchers than findings;more discussions than solutions.
