摘要
采用循环伏安法测定了Fe3+-草酸-葡萄糖酸盐电化学还原间质的还原能力,并应用于棉织物还原染色;考察了各因素对氧化峰电流值和染色K/S值的影响。结果表明,在还原时间为10 min,工作电压4 V,阴极面积40 cm2时,优化的电解液组成为:还原大红R 4 g/L,草酸12.6 g/L,葡萄糖酸钙24.4 g/L,氢氧化钠50 g/L,硫酸铁7.4 g/L。在此工艺条件下,可获得较好的染色效果,染色K/S值最高可达18.608。
Fe(Ⅲ )-oxalate-gluconate complexe is applied to cotton vat dyeing as a redox mediator, and its reducing ability is tested with cyclic voltammetry method. Factors exerting influences on oxidation peak current and K/S value are discussed. The results show that under conditions of reduction time ]0 min, voltage 4 V and cathode area 40 cm2 with the optimum electrolyte consisted of Vat Scarlet R 4 g/L, C2H2O4 12.6 g/L, Ca ( C6HnO7 )2 24.4 g/L , NaOH 50 g/L and Fe2 ( SO4 ) 7.4 g/L, the vat dyeings feature good dyeing results and K/S value up to 18. 608.
