Dyeing and finishing of cationic dyeable polyester/viscose/wool/polyurethane blended fabric is introduced. Planning of processes, main processes and production control are discussed, including pre-shrinking, drying, pre-setting, singeing, pretreatment, dyeing, softening and setting etc. The considerations on dyeing process and protection of wool fiber are discussed.
