党的制度建设科学化的发展历程,体现了历史发展的阶段性和连续性相统一、曲折性和复杂性、始终以完善党章和民主集中制为核心的基本特征。我们得出的基本经验是,实现党的制度建设科学化必须坚持科学建党的基本原则,坚持把制度建设同其他建设紧密结合起来。总结正反两方面历史经验,应不断加强学习型政党建设,努力提高党的制度建设科学化水平;牢牢坚持实事求是的思想路线,以改革创新的精神推进党的制度建设科学化。

Recalling the course that the scientific system construction of the CPC,it reflects the stage of historical development and continuity of unity,tortuous and complicated,and always to improve the constitution and democratic centralism as the basic characteristics of the core.We have come to basic experience： the realization of the Party system and scientific basic principles;adhere to the system construction closely integrated with other building;summarize both positive and negative historical experience,constantly strengthening the political construction of learning,strive to improve the scientific level of the Party system;firmly adhere to the ideological line,the spirit of reform and innovation to achieve the Party of the scientific system construction.
