网络发票将普通发票的开具形式从单机转变为联网,提升国家税源监控能力的同时降低了纳税人开具发票的成本和时间。文章从运营商角度介绍了网络发票的建设思路,为税务机关及纳税人的联网开具发票提供了解决方案,实现了便捷高效、安全优质的发票服务。
Through electronic invoicing,invoices can be issued online to enhance the monitoring capabilities of tax authorities,while reducing taxpayers＇ costs and time of invoicing.This paper describes a communication carrier＇s online invoicing solution for the tax authorities and taxpayers,which can provide convenient and efficient,safe and high quality invoicing service.
