青少年情绪状态与社会支持对攻击性的预测

The Predictability of Aggressiveness by Means of Adolescent Emotion States and Social Supports

我国正处于社会急剧转型的新时期,青少年的心理健康问题日益凸显。青少年心理与身体发育不协调,心理发育相对滞后,加之受负面信息的影响,青少年身心健康很容易受到侵害。本研究以357名初中生为被试,采用问卷法,考察了不同情绪状态与社会支持对攻击性的预测作用。研究结果表明:(1)除了正性情绪与攻击性各维度及总分没有显著相关外,其他变量与攻击性各维度及总分均有显著相关;(2)身体攻击的年级主效应、性别主效应显著,攻击性总分的年级主效应显著,其他变量年级与性别主效应不显著;(3)情绪状态与社会支持对攻击性具有显著的预测作用。结果进一步说明了情绪、社会支持与青少年攻击性的关系,这可为解决青少年的心理健康教育问题提供值得借鉴的启示。

China is in a new period of rapid social transformation,and youth mental health problems have become increasingly prominent.The mental and physical development in adolescents is uncoordinated and the mental development is lagging behind.Young people are likely to suffer physical and mental problem by the impact of negative information.Therefore,in this research,we selected 357 junior school students as participants by using scaling method to collect data to investigate the predictability of aggressiveness by means of different emotion states and social support.Results showed that：（1）all variables,except positive emotions,had significant correlation with every factor of aggressiveness and the total score;（2）the main effect of physical aggressiveness was clearly concerning different classes and genders while the main effect of the total score of aggressiveness was also obvious in classes.Meanwhile,the other variables had no significant effects on classes and gender;（3）the emotion states and social supports had significant predictable effects on aggressiveness.The results further illustrates that the relationship between emotional,social support and adolescent aggression,which can provide inspiration for solving the problem of mental health education of young people.
