岩濑忠震与日本幕府末期外交刍议

A Discussion of Iwase-tadani and Japanese Diplomatic Stage of the Late Shogunate

岩濑忠震(1818—1861)是德川幕府末期的中层官吏,也是近代日本政治舞台上最初的外交家之一,被誉为幕府末期三杰之一;他活跃在幕府末期开国的大变动时期,参加了影响日本历史进程的《日美友好通商条约》暨"安政五国条约"的谈判、签订活动,在日本从锁国走向开放的过程中起到了重要的推动作用。岩濑忠震对当时日本局势的判断及建言对日本早期现代化进程亦产生了不可轻视的积极影响。

Iwase-tadanari（1818-1861）is not only the middle-level officials in the late Tokugawa shogunate,but also one of the initial diplomats in modern Japanese political arena,and known as one of three heroes in Bakumatsu.He was active in the founding of the major changes in the Bakumatsu period,and participated the negotiation and signing activity which is ＂Japan-US Treaty of Friendship and Commerce＂ and ＂Ansei Treaty of Five Country＂ that was affecting the course of history in Japan.He also played an important role in promoting the Japanese from lock state to an open process.At that time,the judgment and advice to the situation in Japan which made by Iwase tadanari has produced a positive impact on the early process of modernization in Japan and should not be underestimated.
