摘要
将霍尔传感器替代光杠杆,通过测量霍尔电势差进而计算微小位移。实践证明,该方法测量精度高、稳定性好,克服了以往测量方法的缺点,极大地提高了实验精度和实验效率。
Hall transducer,instead of optical lever and other instruments,are used to measure Hull voltage and then to calculate the micromotion.This method has been proved to be more accurate and stable and thus improves precision and efficiency of experiments.
