摘要
介绍一种四通道温度测控仪的实现,该测控仪使用5 1单片机作为控制核心,利用电桥电路、滤波网络和集成A D芯片作为输入通道,使用分段拟合和查表作为数据的非线性处理算法,实现了温度采集、显示、报警、控制、通信等功能,具有多通道、测温精度高、响应速度快、可扩展性好等特点。
This paper mainly introduces a temperature measurement and control instrument.The instrument takes P89V51RD2 as the MCU,by Wheatstone Bridge,filter network and integrated AD circuit,it forms the input channel.Segment fitting and searching methods are used to process nonlinear data.The instrument achieves the function of temperature acquisition,display and control,limit alarm,communication,and it's tested to be an effective,multifunctional and precise one.
