主从控制变频调速系统在铸造起重机上的应用

The application of master/ follower control variable frequency speed regulation system in thecradle crane

根据钢厂铸造起重机的特殊性,在PROFIBUS总线和主从控制用宏变频调速系统的基础上,探讨主从控制变频调速系统在铸造起重机上的应用,有效的解决了以往变频器出现故障时停产的现象,提高了生产效率。

In this paper,according to the particularity of cradle crane for steel plants,we discuss the appilcation of Iverter system with Master/Slave control in ladle crane based on PROFIBUS and Iverter system with Master/Slave macro-control,which eliminated the production halts for the reason of inverter fault and enhanced the production efficiency
