To Put Forward Countermeasure for the Details of Historical Culture Construction through Historical Analysis

从医学史的角度对医患关系演变的历史脉络及其原因做出分析,提出"亲密关系"的建立或消解是西方医学史上影响医患关系的重要因素,通过对调查数据进行研究,论述了在中国医疗语境下建构"亲密关系"的主要途径;还回顾近年来生命伦理学的方法论为医患关系带来的新问题,认为过多地强调个人权利将损害医患关系,而对个人义务的重视将缓和这一矛盾。

In this paper, author discussed in two historical analysis. On the one hand, author analyzed respects the the historical lationship evolution from angle of the medical history, and agreed details of historical culture construction through context and the cause of physician - patient rethat establish or remove of ＂ intimate relationship＂ is an important factor affecting physician - patient relationship in the history of Western medicine, Through the study of survey data, discussed the main ways to construct ＂intimate relationship＂ in the Chinese medical envi- ronment. On the other hand, author reviewed the new problems for the physician -patient relationship brought by will undermine the doctor -patient relationship, but pay more attention to personal obligations will ease this contradiction.
