摘要
医院细节文化包含的很多因素导致互动参与模式无法真正建立起来。首先,患者没有对自身的疾病和治疗过程形成充分了解,患者主动参与的可能性受限;另外,医患之间缺乏信任,医患之间应有的亲密关系无法形成,现有的医患互动在很多时候并不是平等、互利的,而是一种权宜之计。以上因素阻碍了真正意义上互动参与模式的建立。
The hospital culture details, still contains a lot of factors leading to the fact that participate in interactive mode cannot be truly built. First of all, patients are not able to fully understand their disease and treatment process which leads to the limitation of the patients' active participation. Besides, the lack of trust between doctors and patients leads to the failure of the intimate relationship between doctors and patients. Instead of equal, profitable to both parties, the existing doctorpatient interaction is a kind of a matter of expediency. The above factors hinder the truly interactive participation model.
