摘要
本次调查发现,在诊疗活动中,医患双方对医务人员讲话的语气、手势、问诊距离、眼神、表情、职业坐姿和职业站姿等非言语行为要素的期待存在明显差异,这些不匹配的非言语行为要素在一定程度上影响了和谐医患关系的构建。
There is a significant difference in expectation of speech tone, gestures, distance, eye contact, facial expressions, standing and sitting posture in clinical activities between doctors and patients, that was shown in this investigation. And these unmatched non - verbal elements to some extent influenced the construction of harmonious Doctor- Patient Relationship.
