上海部分医院医师职业精神现状分析

The Analysis to the Current Situation of Professional Spirit of Doctors in Shanghai Part Hospital

目的了解目前上海市医务人员职业精神的现状,提出改善和提升医师职业精神的措施和建议。方法在文献检索和专家访谈的基础上,采用自设问卷方式进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果目前上海市医师职业精神的现状总体较好,但相对于医学科学精神,医师队伍的医学人文精神存在一定的缺失。结论建议从加强医师职业精神尤其是人文精神的培植出发,通过建立健全激励医师积极性的机制,加强医师队伍行业自律机制以及提升医疗行业和社会间的相互信任度等措施,逐步改善和提升医师职业精神。

Objective ：To learn the present status of physicians＇medical professionalism in Shanghai, and to propose measures and suggestions for improving and promoting medical professionalism. Methods：We design a questionnaire to investigate medical personnel professionalism on the basis of document retrieval and interviews of specialist. Then we perform statistical analysis of the data we collected in the survey. Results： Medical professionalism of physicians in Shanghai is overall better currently. Compared with the scientific spirit of medicine, the humanistic spirit of medicine is certain absence and incomplete under special circumstances. Conclusions：Strengthening the cultivation of physicians on medical professionalism, especially on humanistic spirit, establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism of physicians＇ initiative, strengthening the professional self - regulation mechanism, and improving mutual trust between medical institutions and society, are proposed suggestions on improving and promoting medical professionalism.
