摘要
机构伦理委员会自身能力建设是目前其工作关注点,邀请FERCAP机构对自身工作进行评审是提升自身审查能力的一条有效途径。从FERCAP机构概况、评审实践过程出发,以提炼出对当今机构伦理委员会自身能力建设的启示。
The institutional review board or the ethical committee focuses on the capacity building in their work. Recently, professors from FERCAP were invited to evaluate the review practice in China to improve their ability. This paper introduced the situation of FERCAP, described the review practice and shared some experiences on the construction of review ability in the institutional review board or the ethical committee.
