温州市三级医院伦理委员会建设现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Construction of Ethics Committee in Top-Class Hospital in Wenzhou

对病人、医务人员、伦理委员会委员进行问卷调查,了解温州市三级医院伦理委员会的认知情况和运行现状,分析当前存在的问题:病人和医务人员对医院伦理委员会认知度低;培训机构、教育和交流、监督机制等方面有待加强。提出以下建议:加大宣传力度,注重宣传效果,进行对内和对外双重宣传;加强医学伦理学教育培训和交流;建立医院伦理委员会管理模型。

Questionnaires for patients, medical staff, ethics committee members were used to investigate the current status of the ethics committee in top - class （ 3A } hospitals in Wenzhou. The problems were ： the awareness of patients and medical staff on ethics committee is still low ; the training institutions, education and communication and supervision mechanism should be strengthened. The authors＇ proposals are as follow： enhancing the propaganda, laying stress on the publicity effects, propagandizing both internally and externally; strengthening medical ethics education, training and exchange; establishing management model in hospital ethics committee.
