药物经济学与大型公立医院药事管理的人文关怀精神

Pharmacoeconomics and Humanistic Concern Spirit of Pharmacy Management in Large Public Hospitals

旨在控制不合理医疗保健费用的开支,减少医疗卫生资源浪费和提高卫生服务效率的药物经济学已成为一门新兴的边缘学科。值得注意的是,在考虑医疗卫生需求与资源的平衡问题时,还应加入人文关怀的因素。药物经济学与人文关怀精神的目的不是相悖的而是相通的。在新医改形势下,大型公立医院的药事管理要将药物经济学与人文关怀精神相结合,这需要政府、医院和广大医药工作者相互配合、共同努力。

Pharmacoeconomics, which is aiming to control the unreasonable healthcare expenditures, reduce the waste of medical resources and improve the health service efficiency, becomes a new interdisciplinary subject. It is worth noticing that, one should take the humanistic concern into account when considering the balance of medical needs and resources. Pharmacogenomics and humanistic concern spirit are not contrary but share the same purpose. According to the situation of new medical reform, as for the pharmacy management of large public hospitals, pharmacoeconomics should be combined with the humanistic concern spirit, which requires the cooperation and joint efforts among the government, the hospitals and the majority of medical workers.
