五种藓类植物对四种病原菌的抑菌研究

Antimicrobial Study of Five Moss Extracts on Four Pathogens

以95%乙醇为溶剂,提取了5种藓类植物的有效成分,利用滤纸片法将提取液作用于4种病原菌,研究各藓类的抑菌能力,结果表明:5种藓类中,金发藓和稀孔泥炭藓的提取液对3种供试病原菌表现出抑制效果,抑制作用随提取液浓度升高而升高;卵叶泥炭藓提取液对引起何首乌根腐病的镰刀菌表现出显著抑制作用。

We extracted bioactive ingredients from five kinds of mosses by using 95% ethanol as solvent,and researched the inhibitory capacity of the extract for 4 strains with the method of filter paper. The results indicated that Polytrichum commune Hedw. and Sphagnum ovatum Hampe. showed inhibition on the 3 tested pathogens and inhi bition improved with the increase of extract concentration; Sphagnum oligoporum Warnst. et Card. showed significant inhibition on Fusarium which could cause rot in Polygonum multiflorum root.
